#O5, 18, 1858-64 Official ½o Yellow and ½r Green, the official franking being applied in San Juan on dispatch, the regular adhesive being required on arrival, each tied by different oval grid handstamps struck in contrasting shades, on official cover front to Vega Baja, with "Puerto-Rico/18 Set 66" c.d.s. and sender's cachet of the "Real Tribunal de Cuentas" at base, a rare and very fine mixed franking.
