Hellrigl #35, a,1917-1930 1a Blue with recut frame on native paper, imperforate, complete sheet of 64, setting 27, state 2 from this later telegraph period, this an early printing of this second state before the major plate flaw of a wide cut in the left frame of position 10 occurred, used with Birganj telegraph cancels,nice full selvages all around, this setting is identified by nine inverted cliches in positions 15, 18, 23, 27, 37,40-41, 51 and 64, fresh color, some adherence from a telegraph form on the reverse and normal wrinkles, otherwise very fine sheet; full sheets of setting 27, state 2 are only known used and are not common; Scott #23, a, $930.00+; S.G.#26, a, £935+.
