Hellrigl #13b var., 1889-98 4a Yellow green, later printings on native paper of good quality, pin-perforated, setting 8B, positions 2-5/10-13/18-21, top margin partial inscription block of twelve,(4x3), unused without gum as issued, large sheet margin showing the sheet frameline and the inscription confirming the setting, stamps are well centered within the block, bright yellow green color, somewhat blurred impression more typical of this later printing but showing constant plate flaw of very deep horiz. split in the bottom framelines of position 2, red ms. notation in top inscription, otherwise very fine; a very scarce inscription margin block confirming the setting and being pin-perforated as rarely occurred starting again in this period; Scott #9, $660.00+; S.G. #12, £564+.
