1845 60r black, type II, worn impression, an impressive strip of three from the left of the sheet, featuring a 9mm sheet margin including outer frame line, touched at top left, with generally ample margins, paying the double weight maritime rate on reverse of July 29, 1847 cover -lacking side flaps- from Bahia to Rio de Janeiro, endorsed ''P Vapor Imperador'', the franking was not cancelled on dispatch but subsequently tied by July 3rd ''Correio Geral Da Corte'' datestamp on arrival, vertical crease barely impinging on one adhesive, still though of very fine quality for this issue on cover, the second largest multiple on cover, of which, as far as we can say, three such items are believed to exist; 2010 Moorhouse certificate; RHM 6;
