Puerto Rico duplicated mint and used collection mounted on quadrilled pages, starts with an unused Coamo provisional Ty IV (pos. 8), then the overprints on U.S regular issues and postage dues with 25 and 36 degree angles complete mint and used, plus duplicates, a few varieties, two 1c postage due blocks of six and a 2c postage due in block of six, these being n.h., U.S. #281 on cover to Barcelona and #367 block of five on internal registered P.O. Dept cover, generally o.g. or used, mostly fine-very fine.
