#64b, 25c Dark violet, red "Provisional/Govt./1893" overprint, no period after "Govt" from pos 6, the bottom left stamp in a left margin mint block of four, excellent centering, o.g., h.r., some minor gum tone spots not affecting the variety, very fine.
