#99, 24c Gray lilac, "F" grill, a phenomenal mint example of this notoriously difficult value, being remarkably well centered within uncommonly large margins, which allow the perforations to clear the design nicely all around, a rare feat for this tightly spaced issue that it typically found way off center, fresh color and detailed impression, plus it has full perforations all around, o.g., light h.r., very fine and rare thus; signed Thier and accompanied by 1991 and 2017 PF certificates.
