Ia, pos. 100L4, right sheet-margin single tied by blue open grid to 1857 folded Baltimore prices current to Short Creek, Ohio, the stamp with characteristically intense Plate 4 color and a highly detailed impression, fine and rare usage; Ty. 1a stamps come only from the bottom row of Plate 4, this example also shows the "F" Relief flaw under the "U"; probably only around 75 on cover usages have survived; annotated and signed by Ashbrook and accompanied by 2002 PF certificate.
