#23, 1866 2r Orange, '169-1865' for Chihuahua, 4th Period, mint block of 40 in deep bright color with good margins all around, full original gum except for a couple of paper adherences, small tear at left, couple of usual creases and surface scuff only affecting one adhesive, otherwise very fine; a scarce and appealing multiple.
