#22, 1868 1c Brown red, an incredibly fresh and choice mint block of four, nicely centered, with a premium quality pair at base, nearly full even perforations, full clean o.g. which is only faintly hinged, if at all on the left pair, fine to extremely fine; a lovely multiple; photocopy of 1988 Greene Foundation certificate for a block of twenty, which is illustrated in Boggs on page 249, this being the lower left block;
