"Paid/At/Tobago" first-type crowned circle, a quite clear strike on July 9, 1857 envelope to Bethlem, United States, endorsed "In haste" and "Via Halifax", with Tobago and St. Thomas double-arc datestamps on back, charged at "4" pence and 10c on arrival with corresponding "Steamship/10" due handstamp, also a 1875 folded letter to London with Tobago double arc on reverse, very fine; S.G. CC1, £1,300.
