Auction: 161 - The Philatelic Collector's Series Sale
Lot: 369

127 var., 1957 400p Gezahel National Museum, special tab row sheetlet of five tab singles with only a portion of the next row above showing with the design cut off, selvages all around, the top selvage is perforated and has black serial "Nr. 1613331", o.g., n.h., extremely fine; in 1957 three commemorative values were printed in this sheetlet form of the tab row because the demand for tabs was so much greater than the untabbed stamp, these are told by the partial design of the row above, the serial numbered in the top selvage and some were imperforate in the top selvage; all such sheetlets are quite scarce (Bale 143e).
