#193, 2c Black brown special printing, without gum as issued, particularly well centered within extravagantly large margins, deep luxuriant color and a strong impression on fresh paper, couple of small thin spots which in no way detract from this stamp's very fine and choice appearance; only approximately 50 to 60 examples of the Two Cent Soft Paper Special Printing are thought to still exist; 1985 PF certificate;
