#176, 30c Greenish black special printing, without gum as issued, a remarkably attractive example of this rare special printing, being wonderfully well centered, intense color and prooflike impression, scissors separated as the vast majority are found leaving full perforations except at right, and even so, much more complete than most the approximately 45 to 50 examples that are thought to yet exist of the Thirty Cent Hard Paper Special Printing, extremely fine; 1950 and 1999 PF certificates;
