#170, 6c Dull rose special printing, without gum as issued, marvelously well centered example of this very rare special printing, large margins all around, distinctive rose color of this value with a sharp impression, scissors separated as is typical of nearly all the known copies, choice very fine; only approximately 35 to 40 examples of the Six Cent Hard Paper Special printing are thought to still exist; 1950 APS and 2002 PF certificates;
