#70c, 24c Violet on thin paper, single centered a bit to upper right, fresh distinctive color, tied by red open grid to folded cover to London, red and black New York debit and exchange office datestamps and red 1862 London arrival backstamp, blue oval merchant's handstamp and ms. shilling mark, cover with some erosion along the right edge, very fine and rare usage; Scott does not price this stamp on cover so the catalog value is just for a used stamp; 2010 PSAG and 2016 PF certificates.
