A collection including outward envelopes (4) including two with "return to sender (see back). labels, one with "deceased" h.s. and framed "undeliverable/a.b.p.o./return to sender" handstamps in violet, the other with framed "undeliverable/a.b.p.o./return to sender" and "unable to trace/return letter office/melbourne/return to sender" handstamps in violet, an internal envelope from Military Camp No. 1, and inward envelopes (43, twenty-six with contents), Field Service Cards (6), postcards (2), patriotic cards and souvenir cards (4) with mail from Great Britain (mainly Durrington and Hurdcott Camps) and the Western Front, one envelope showing "n.z. military post office/third expeditionary force" d.s. in violet; also three items from the Boer War. An interesting lot well worth careful viewing
