Undated official Public Works Department envelope (223x86mm) addressed to the Treasury and showing uncancelled "public works office hobart/Arms/tasmania/frank stamp" in black; 1892 (16 Oct.) and 1896 (18 Nov.) official Public Works Office, Hobart, Tasmania envelopes (225x100mm approx; the former lightly discoloured) to Sydney and Latrobe respectively, both showing "public works office hobart/Arms/tasmania/frank stamp" in black cancelled by Hobart duplex; also piece with an impression of the Frank Stamp in blue plus and unused Public Works Department registered envelope
