1887 (24 Mar.) official Royal Society of Tasmania envelope with Arms on flap, addressed to Calcutta, showing "the chief secretary/Arms/tasmania/frank stamp" in violet cancelled by Hobart duplex with Bombay and arrival datestamps on reverse; 1895 (4 Oct.) official Premier's Office, Tasmania envelope (222x95mm) with crest on flap, addressed to New Town, showing "the chief secretary/Arms/tasmania/frank stamp" in blue cancelled by Hobart duplex; 1895 (18 Oct.) official Boy's Home envelope (some peripheral stains) to New Town, showing "the chief secretary/Arms/tasmania/frank stamp" in blue cancelled by slightly heavy Hobart duplex; 1896 (21 Oct.) official "Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery" envelope (light staining and small fault at top left) to Sydney, showing "the chief secretary/Arms/tasmania/frank stamp" in blue cancelled by Hobart duplex and showing "tasmania/official/paid" circular h.s. in magenta; also two impressions of the Frank Stamp on separate pieces in black and in blue plus two unaddressed official envelopes with the Frank Stamp in blue cancelled by Hobart c.d.s.
