(4) affixed over top edge of envelope, each cancelled "29", showing Emu Bay despatch c.d.s. at left, manuscript "Nine Mile Springs June 11th 1870" at left and, on reverse, Launceston "pre-paid" framed d.s. in red; ; some soiling, creasing and other minor faults.
