1899-11 a miscellaneous group of envelopes (7), Official circular and picture postcards (2) including 1899 envelope from Hobart to Sydney with various redirection markings; 1902 postcard from NSW to Newton showing "Missent to Newton" (NSW) in red; 1905 postcard from Dunedin NZ to Newton but sent to New South Wales showing various markings including "not known" in red (deleted), manuscript "Try Sydney" (deleted) and "Try Tasmania" and "unclaimed" in violet ; 1908 much travelled envelope (opened-out) from Hobart to Chile and redirected numerous times, showing "Non Réclamé" label and "dead letter office/tasmania" c.d.s.; 1908 postcard from India to Launceston showing framed "maldirige"; 1908 postcard from South Australia to Hobart showing South African "missent to" h.s.; 1908 envelope (opened-out) from England to Bream Creek and missent to Jamaica; and 1911 envelope from Campbell Town to Panama, redirected to New York and showing arrival "Not Found" and "not in directory" d.s. in red.
