1905 (23 October) 1d. postal stationery card from Adelphi Terrace to the Editor of the Neue Freie Presse in Vienna, "Dear Sir. Has the MS of my article on Irving been destroyed? If not, would you be kind enough to return it to me. I did not keep a copy; and now I hear that the Review of Reviews proposes to quote it. It will be spoiled if it is retranslated from a translation; so I wish to enable them to quote the original", signed "G Bernard Shaw", the stamp has been cut out but this barely affects the letter.
