Universal 1d. in combination with Pictorial 6d. rose, all cancelled by c.d.s.; the additional 6d. postage charged because the letter was sent express over the maximum allowable distance of one mile and charged 6d. extra for two additional miles at 3d. per mile; small faults at centre though most unusual.
