4d. blue and yellow-brown marginal block of four from the top of the sheet, comprising two pairs from different sheets, both [7-8], patched horizontally, suggesting that the top pair was patched in as a replacement for damage and creating a most unusual variety of perf. 14 replacing perf. 14, mint, the upper pair with some short perfs. on the vertical sides.
