Gray to Cousins, the first advising him that he had won first price for his design for the 1d. value and an honourable mention for his 5d. design, the second suggesting that designs are not subject to return but "as an act of grace" a number will be returned; also a photocopy of the notice announcing the competition and scans of the 1894 full sheet in violet, Lewis and Bock (3) essays
