1868 (24 June) triple rate envelope (221x93mm.) from Wellington to Sydney, bearing 1864-71 2d. blue Plate II (12) showing various states of the wear to the plate and retouch to the plate, cancelled by "070" duplex and showing Waterloo c.d.s. alongside, the original destination of Waterloo crossed through and marked "To be called for", the reverse with Nelson and two different Sydney datestamps.
