Alecto Bight of Benin" addressed to Florence and sent under cover to Gosport, marked "Via France & Sardinia" and at lower left "Lagos July 10th", bearing GB 1d. red and 6d. lilac cancelled "320", showing oval-framed "pd" in red and, on reverse, Gosport (13.8), London (13.8) and arrival (17.8) datestamps.
