1848 (16 July) missionary entire letter from Akropong to Jamaica via London, showing "bristol/ship letter" (Type S.11) rated "8", forwarded by "W Mallabee, Hatton Garden" to Little Manchester, Jamaica, reverse showing London arrival c.d.s. (12.12); some foxing on the inside of the flap, nevertheless a remarkable entire with wonderful contents requesting the sale of a horse and for the proceeds to be sent to Africa! Photo.
