1953 Coronation, a collection, well presented on twenty-six pages, housed in a maroon album, including ½d. to 1/3d. set of six imperforate unadopted essays by Anthony Helliwell, large Bromide Proof (190x145mm.) depicting the four issued values (ex the Estate of Mr. Ernie Carr, Assistant Controller of the Post Office Supplies Dept.; believed to be unique in private hands), reprinted set in black in strips of three on page for the Penrose Annual, set on Harrison presentation card, a range of covers illustrating a variety of rates, combination frankings, Postage Due, Air Mail, etc., chiefly fine.
