A23, dated 11 Aug. 1840, to Moira with red Dublin diamond on reverse, on arrival "turned" and franked Penny Black, Plate IV DF (double letter D), large margins, upright red Maltese Cross cancellation, on reverse undated "moira" and Belfast c.d.s. of 30 Sept. 1840; some splits along the folds and vertical filing fold well clear of the adhesive.
