1811-39 Money Letters (8) including 1811 entire from Edinburgh to Banff, without special markings but charged at the triple rate of 2/6d., 1814 entire from Liverpool to Lancaster, without special markings but contents indicating that Bank notes to the value of £35 were enclosed, 1832 entire carried privately from Norwich to London and then included in the 2d. Post at Fenchurch St., 1833 and 1838 entires endorsed Cash, 1834 and 1839 entires endorsed Money Letter, etc., also 1790 (3 April), eight pages from the London Gazette including a reproduction of the Postmaster Generals instructions for sending divided banknotes via the post and 1824 (12 April) six page "An Act to regulate the Conveyance of Packets containing re-issuable Country Bank Notes by the Post....."; strikes and condition good to fine
