1850 (10 Mar.) entire letter from Carl Freidrich Wuras at the German Missionary Station at Bethany to Berlin, Prussia, the letter headed "Bethanian" and marked "p Victory" (deleted) and "p Prince of Wales", rated "5/6" and with latter manuscript rates and showing large part London "ship letter" handstamp on face, part London c.d.s. and "aachen per england" framed handstamp on reverse; part of reverse flap and small part of face panel torn away, nevertheless a rare missionary letter to a most unusual destination.
