A mint collection neatly mounted and written-up on sixty-five pages and offered in two Godden de Luxe albums, the collection includes a fine range of plate blocks of four and imprint/plate number blocks of eight, and including 1d. red booklet panes (4, two with plate number 5), 1d. red Plate 8 blocks of eighteen showing different states of the "broken ribbon" flaw, 1d. green rare Plate 33 imprint/plate block of eight, 1d. green Plate 84 imprint block of four, 1½d. chocolate Plates 20 (2) and 21 blocks of four and booklet panes (2, one with inverted watermark), 2d. on 1½d. marginal strip of three from the sheet with one showing damaged "2" and a used single with surcharge misplaced to left, 5d. coarse paper Plate 91 imprint block of twelve and a strip of three and Plate 96 imprint block of six, 6d. marginal block of four with double perfs. in margin, 6d. coarse paper Plate 146 imprint block of six, and a range of re-entries on values to 5d., and 1950 Provisional 1½d. blocks of four (4) and six; generally fine and a most interesting lot of the low values
