2½d. scarlet, an interpanneau block of eighty being the bottom five rows of a sheet, the left imprint virtually missing due to stripping, a lower right corner block of eight (4x2), the right block of four showing broken comb perf, a lower left corner block of six and a top left corner block of six with By Authority imprint (both 2x3) showing misperforations due to paper folds, three horizontal pairs, two imperforate and one with the right stamp imperforate, and a lower left corner block of ten (2x5) with By Authority imprint, the left column showing perforations double horizontally and at left; fine mint.
