3d. purple-brown, perf 15x14, a lower left corner block of four with Ash and By Authority imprints (the latter showing horizontal perforations double), interpanneau blocks of eight with By Authority imprint (2, one showing plate number "14", the other on thin paper), a top left corner block of ten (2x5) with partial offset, a marginal block of six (2x3) with ink stripping, two marginal blocks of four with perforations between stamp and margin double and a lower right corner vertical strip of three with heavy over-inking; fine mint.
