1874 (30 Dec.) envelope, slit at one end and used as a wrapper and containing printed "the barbados prices current" (one double sided sheet and not the complete circular), addressed to Holland, bearing 1d. deep blue pair affixed over edge of envelope and attached to contents, tied by Barbados c.d.s., showing red crayon "2" with Gronigen arrival datestamp (10.1) on reverse; the pair with some minor staining around perforations. A rare franking. Photo
