Theatre Royal Drury Lane, transfer certificate for 1 share, 18[58], no.2010, two small wax seals at bottom right, folded, two cutouts at left margin, otherwise very fine.

The company was formed following the disastrous fire of 1809 that destroyed the previous structure. The new theatre, designed by Benjamin Wyatt, opened in 1812. A restoration project announced in 2013 by Andrew Lloyd-Webber's Really Useful Theatres group who own the theatre.
