International Sleeping Car Share Trust Ltd., certificate for £1 shares, 192[8], no.743, signed by L.F.A. d'Erlanger as director, ornate border, black and blue/grey, large tear to left side, otherwise very fine.

Leo Alfred Frédéric d'Erlanger (1898–1978), grandson of Frédéric Émile Baron d'Erlanger, eventually became the head of the family-owned bank.
The company owned a large tranche of share capital of Wagon Lits which had also, in 1928, acquired the business of Thomas Cook & Son Ltd.
