Founded in 1908. Soon it acquired mining rights and C. Kulmiz GmbH, Breslau, copper mining in Alps around Berchtesgaden and plants in Mitterberghütten (Salzburg), Mühlbach and Mitterberg. In 1931, mining discontinued. Liqudated in 1934.
