The hotel was bought by Karl Wolf in 1898. In 1921, it was changed into an AG to allow the Allgemeine Verkehrsbank acquiring an interest. From 1904 to 1931, Karl's brother, Artur Wolf (1870-1931), ran the hotel. In the vignette the hotel at the Kärntner Ring 8, in Vienna. Share capital was S 100.000 Aktien at S 50 each. Quoted at Vienna stock exchange.
