Die Österreichische Lokaleisenbahngesellschaft owned and operated several local railway lines in Bohemia, Moravia and Lower Austria. It was founded in 1880, and was soon the most important railway operator in the Danube Monarchy. In 1884, the company started to transfer operations to the other railway operators, and after 1887 it ceased operational activities completely and solely maintained its ownership. In 1894, the company was nationalised.
