The Reichsgau Steiermark (Gau Styria) was an administrative division of Nazi Germany consisting of areas in Styria, Lower Styria and southern parts of Burgenland. It existed from 1938 to 1945. Printed signature of Siegfried Uiberreither (1908-1984) as Reichsstatthalter. In May 1945, Uiberreither was arrested and later compelled to testify as a witness at the Nuremberg Trials. Later, he fled to Argentina.
