Investors were mainly French citizens. Text in French and German at the back. In 1924, it was agreed that unpaid coupons between 1914 and 1920 would be converted into the consolidated loan of the city of Vienna. Decorative bond with the coat of arms of the Archduchy Austria lower Enns (Niederösterreich). With the printed signature of Aloys Prinz von und zu Liechtenstein (1846-1920) as Landmarschall.
