This loan was issued based on the agreement between the Republic of Austria and the French Association Nationale des Porteurs Francais de Valeurs Mobilières from 27. April 1922 as a compensation for French investors in Austrian pre-war loans. Issued by several French banks. Print signature of Viktor Kienböck (1873-1956) as Bundesminister für Finanzen and in 1932 second President of the Austrian National Bank.
