The fifth war loan: Staatsanleihen, 40 years, 2 million Kronen; Staatsschatzschein, 5 years, 2.4 million Kronen. The State Loan was designd by Rudolf Junk (1880-1943) who desiged many Austrian Kronen and Schilling banknotes. The Treasury Note was a design by the k.k. Hof- und Staatsdruckerei. With print signature of k.k. Finance Minister Dr. Karl Marek.
