Guild Theatre Co., Inc., 6% Real Estate Cumulative Income Bond for $1,000, New York, 1925, no.M596, orange. The Guild Theatre, located at 245 W. 52nd Street, opened in 1925. It was designed by Crane & Franzheim. Following acquisition by a new owner, Virginia M. Binger, it was renamed the Virginia Theatre in 1981. In 2005 it was reopened with "Jersey Boys" as the August Wilson Theatre. Folds, very fine.
