New Emma Silver Mining Company 1886 Ltd., £1 shares, 188[6], no.565, small vignette of sluice at left, blue, VF and rare.

One of the best known mining scandals involving U.S.Senator Stewart and Ambassador to England, Schenk, who offloaded this Utah property for a huge price to British investors. Baron Grant played a part in its promotion to the British public and this is a second reconstruction of the original 1871 company.
