— 1902 (5 Nov.) opened-out red band envelope registered to Shansi bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. ½c. (2) and 5c. (2) tied by good strike of Peking Tamochang tombstone (insertion of street name), Taiyuan rectangle (name of office without partition) and similar for Shansi (?) alongside; the address panel with Peking dated oval and large "R". A few small age marks, otherwise a good cover. Photo
