1899 (31 Jan.) envelope to London bearing 4c. on 3c. pair [23-24] with I.C.P. 2c. tied by Chungking Dollar chop, Hong Kong 10c. purple on red at left tied by Shanghai c.d.s. (17.2) and, on the reverse, smudged Shanghai Dollar chop overstruck by London arrival (27.3). Flap missing and some peripheral soiling.
