1883 (21 Nov.) back of envelope to Cheltenham bearing 3ca. light red vertical strip of three [23/5/21] with small top and full bottom margin, tied by "customs/newchwang" c.d.s., a light strike of Shanghai Customs c.d.s. in red, "ligne n/paq. fr. no.10" c.d.s. and the Cheltenham arrival c.d.s. (7.1). The piece with rough edges in places and some creasing away from the adhesives. Scarce to find the wide settings with lower margin
